Annular Blowout Preventer (Annular BOP)
Annular Blowout Preventer (Annular BOP) is an important equipment which is widely used in onshore and offshore drilling. Shandong Leading provides three types of annular BOP: boltedcover, wedgedcover and latchedcover type. For the Annual BOP, Ado N. Vujasinovic was awarded a patent for a variation on the annular preventer known as a spherical blowout preventer in 1972, sonamed because of its sphericalfaced head. As the piston rises the packing unit is thus upward against the curved head, which constricts the packing unit inward. Both types of annular preventer are in common use.
All types of our annular BOP are strictly manufactured as per API Spec 16A with high quality as  Shaffer annular BOP or Hydraulic annular BOP does. Our BOP bore size range from 7-1/16” to 21 1/4”, working pressure range from 500psi to 15000psi. Except the regular Annual BOP, we can also provide other well control equipment such as diverter and rotary control head(rotary BOP).
