Our thread protectors are the necessary counterpart of the pipe, casing, tubing, drilling pipe to protect the thread and connection measurably impact on transport and loading and unloading.
Specifications: Our thread protectors are used for casing, tubing, tubing drilling a size of 2 3/8 "to 13 3/8" round thread, and the thread of North Carolina, with different colors as required for our customers.
Saver sub is used to extend the life of the kelly by taking the connection wear each time it is make-up to a drill stem component. The saver sub connection is sacrificed because it can be easily repaired or inexpensively replaced. The saver sub can be equipped with a rubber protector to reduce BOP equipment and casing wear resulting from contact damage with a lower kelly connection.
