Shengli Oilfield has several decades of experience in drilling rigs manufacturing, maintaining and supporting the rigs and been one of the large professional domestic plants. Since 1994, We have been designed to handle the well with depth of 1500~7000 m and developed and produced six series types of drilling rigs which consist of twelve models from ZJ20 to ZJ 70 with all kinds of driving model including mechanical drive, DC drive, digital controlled frequency conversion electric drive, electromechnical drive, trailer-mounted drilling rigs, cryogenic rigs and so on. All kinds of drilling rigs undertake exploration drilling task of the Shengli Oilfield drilling corporation at home and overseas and achieve favorable economic and social benefaction. At present, we have the key manufacturing facilities with first class assembling lines and rivet welding shops. The testing site is able to accommodate 12 sets of large rigs at same time, and the shop can handle the production capacity of 50 sets large rigs annually.

Electromechnical Drilling Rigs

Electromechnical Drilling Rigs is powered by diesel engines coincident with hydraulic torque converter which drives drilling winch, mud pump, automatic air compressor and energy saving generator by integral chain box drive.Power between power package, transmission unit and work unites is conveyed by cardan shaft. Drawworks equips with the auxiliary drive device to lift up and down the derrick, to automatic driller and boot up in emergency. K type derrick with assembling placed on the ground and raising/ laying down as a whole can equip with top drive; Box on box type substructure(swing-up type for ZJ50 and ZJ70 rigs) ensures conveniently disassemble and assemble, good stability and high safety. Rotary table is driven by Drawworks power through special rotary table drive unites or independently driven by AC VF motors.

Feature of Electromechnical Drilling Rig:

1. Drill rig models and basic technical parameters conform to Chinese petroleum industry standards. All main components conform to specifications;
2. Diesel engine drives drilling winch, mud pump, automatic air compressor and energy saving generator by integral chain box, therefore it makes the drive smoothly and produces high efficiency; 
3. Drawworks is assembled on the ground, and the disc brake is being used as master brake, and the electromagnetism eddy brake (or EATON brake) is being adopted as secondary brake, they are jointly used as the auxiliary drive device to raise and lie down the derrick, drive automatic driller and boot up in emergency;
4. The mast with K type derrick and all equipment are assembled on the ground and then raised integrally. Top drive is available on the top; Box on box type substructure (swing-up type for ZJ50 and ZJ70 rigs) ensures conveniently disassemble and assemble, good stability and high safety;
5. Power transmits among power package, transmission unit and work unites with cardan shaft transmission which ensures to line in easily and assemble quickly;
6. Drawworks power drives rotary table through special drive unite, little power equipment and low rigs cost;
7. Rotary table is independently driven by AC VF motors, and the torque and speed of the rotary table is digital controlled and protected which can be constantly adjusted.
